As a result of out collaboration with the Heat Transfer Technology Center of the UPC, we have an exclusive software for the design of thermal packaging:
Our experience in the design and manufacturing of packaging, combined with a close partnership with the internationally renowned Heat Transfer Technology Center of the UPC, has led to the development of all the theoretical and material tools needed to achieve accurate results in our complete thermal performance simulations, always based on the scenarios predetermined by our clients.
Our laboratory consists of two climatic chambers, a precision cutting table, and precision instruments calibrated by CTTC:
The amount of variables that can influence the packaging performance makes the most reliable method for providing objective data to record different temperatures during testing in a controlled environment that simulates the real conditions to which the packaging will be subjected.
We use test packages manufactured by the University of Bristol:
- The use of m-pack test packages manufactured by the University of Bristol according to the requirements of the European standard EN 23953-2:1995, as simulating elements for conducting tests, allows for obtaining fully representative results.
We have a team of professionals dedicated exclusively to designing packaging for our Insu Pack division to ensure the cold chain integrity of your products.
The thermal packaging sector has always followed the same line of products and materials in order to create insulating products.
