What is Font EcoPack?
It's our compromise to impulse a positive change to the environment , both from our company and from our clients.
This philosophy implies improvements on two levels:
ECOpack Products
Our priority is to design and manufacture sustainable packaging solutions. That's why the EcoPack seal will identify products designed and created to enhance the sustainability of the previous packaging. Any product that offers an improvement for the environment, will be an Eco Pack
ECOpack Actions
We work to improve sustainability throughout the company's value chain and reduce the ecological footprint by recycling and minimizing waste, changing production methods, and promoting changes that have a positive impact on the environment.
How Insu Pack helps the environment:
In the same laboratory, the prototype isothermal-packaging is designed and produced, on which subsequently, thermal simulation tests are conducted. This ensures that when any of our products enter the market, they do so with guarantees of an optimal performance. This ensures us great flexibility, allowing an unparalleled agility in redesign and reengineering processes, providing a satisfactory result to our clients in the shortest time frame possible.
Thanks to our experience, we can advise our clients based on their needs, making our logistics with our packaging and isothermal products more convenient and effective for them. Based on the requirements, and conditions specified in each case, our custom isothermal products are rigorously tested and validated according to the procedures that take place in our facilities, ensuring proven reliability.
Unlike other thermal materials, corrugated cardboard
- It's 100% sustainable: Corrugated cardboard is a material that can be reused. At Font Packaging Group, we reuse corrugated cardboard from previous packaging to manufacture more cardboard and use it again for new packaging.
- It's foldable: At Insu Pack, we manufacture foldable packaging, which contributes to the environmental impact. The fact that our packaging can be delivered folded to the customer allows for space optimization (approximately 75% more), both in storage and transportation. This results in a significant reduction in CO2 emissions when transporting the product to clients. Additionally, the foam handles can be separated from the cardboard, allowing for better recycling of all materials.
